This blog is to advocate for children who seem to have behavior problems, but are really reacting to the artificial dyes found in foods and medicines. It is to help others to be more aware of how food affects your mood. Children and adults can suddenly become irritable, have headaches, and even become angry or aggressive after ingesting synthetic artificial dyes. I recommend avoiding all artificial colors. This blog was created to help you find the information you need.

Is the Food Industry beginning to meet consumer demand for No Artificial Colors?
As more and more people blog their testimonials about how eliminating red dye 40 and other artificial dyes from their diet has changed their lives for the better, change is happening little by little!
The proof is in the supermarket. Medicines are being labeled "no artificial colors!" or "dye-free!" Popsicles, such as "The Original Brand Popsicle", "Edy's Fruit Bars", "The Original Brand Popsicle Scribblers" sport the label of either "Natural Colors & Flavors!" or "Made with Real Fruit!" Juice, like "Caprison" has been ahead of the game with it's label of "no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives!"
Even Starbucks has decided to jump on the bandwagon! "Starbucks Corp (SBUX.O), which has been working to improve its food, on June 30 is removing high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavors and dyes from its baked goods and introducing salads and other new items." This is information is straight from the link-
