Children and adults can suddenly become irritable, have headaches, and even become angry or aggressive after ingesting synthetic artificial dyes. I recommend avoiding all artificial colors. Feingold Part 1 (of 2)

This is a very interesting video that I think everyone should watch. Everything she talks about happens to be the truth. I have witnessed the change in my own child after removing artificial dyes from his diet. She also gives advice for ways to avoid artificial colors. Synthetic Artificial food dyes like red 40 are harmful to everyone and she helps to give a clear understanding of the damaging effects of these dyes. Please watch.
